Purchase Invoice: the invoice for the purchased product, communicated to the User.
Commercial Warranty: commitment assumed by the Professional towards the Consumer, in addition to its legal obligations regarding the legal warranty of conformity, in connection with the sold products and/or provided services, in accordance with the information communicated in the website section: "Product Warranty".
Certificate of Conformity and Warranty and Instructions for Use: information communicated in the "Product Warranty" section of the website regarding the certification of product quality, warranty conditions, and usage instructions.
Other (Additional) Instructions: additional information regarding the use of ordered products, communicated by the Professional, other than those in the "Product Warranty" section, insofar as such instructions are deemed necessary by the User and are provided by product suppliers.
"Product Delivery": information communicated in the website section of the same name regarding the conditions under which the Professional delivers ordered products.
"Mandatory Characteristics": mandatory characteristics of the ordered product, existing at the time of delivery and communicated in the "Product Delivery" website section.
"Delivery Date": the date communicated by the Professional on which the Consumer or the person designated by them is at the delivery location and takes possession of the ordered product.
"Product Returns": information communicated in the website section of the same name regarding the conditions under which the Consumer may withdraw from the distance contract.
All prices and costs displayed on the website are expressed in RON and include VAT (21%).
By generating purchase/order options and accepting all Terms and Conditions, the User undertakes to pay the price of the ordered product, and the Professional undertakes to deliver the product in compliant, new, and packaged condition, to the address in Romania communicated digitally by the User through the website.
The User undertakes to fully complete the website forms digitally with real, current, correct, and complete data. If the Professional finds that the User has provided false, outdated, incorrect, or incomplete data that has caused damage, the User may be held civilly or criminally liable, as applicable.
The performance of the distance contract is carried out solely based on the communicated information.
Any information communicated to the User by means other than through the website does not imply guarantees other than those offered by the Professional through information communicated exclusively via the website.
The User acknowledges the Professional's right to include advertising messages, promotions, or advertising campaigns in the communicated information.
Any abusive use of the website content may result in civil or criminal liability of the guilty party, as well as blocking the User's access to communicated information, without prior notice.
If the Professional cannot fulfill its obligations due to fortuitous events beyond its control, it is exempt from liability for any claims of the User regarding possible damages caused under such circumstances.
