In accordance with GEO 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in distance contracts, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products, without providing any justification.
Products may be returned even if they have been tested, to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality. The customer is responsible only for any reduction in value resulting from handling the products beyond what is necessary to determine their characteristics.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify e-uau / BLIROWIN in writing by sending an email to office@blirowin.com or by phone at 0741056615 within 14 calendar days from receipt of the products.
The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the customer. Products must be returned via a fast courier service, without undue delay and in any case within a maximum of 14 days from the date the withdrawal decision is communicated.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products to ensure that all conditions are met, e-uau / BLIROWIN will refund the order value using the same payment method used by the customer for the original transaction, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of notification of withdrawal. The refund may be postponed until the returned products are received or until proof of shipment is provided by the customer.
